What shipping methods are available?
Domestic orders are sent via Lithuanian Post.
International orders up to 110 USD are sent via Lithuania Post, orders above 110 USD are sent via courier.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping worldwide.
Do you ship internationally?

What should I do if I found a broken item in the parcel?
- As soon as you get the parcel we kindly ask you (in post office or via courier) to inspect the package. If it is damaged, please take pictures of the packaging clearly showing any damage as well as the inner packaging.
- You have to contact us (email@example.com) the same day the shipment was received and send us pictures of packaging as well as pictures of broken items, if there were any. It is very important to preserve packaging for pending investigation, as couriers may require you to hand over this package to them.
- All broken items will be exchanged with the same ones for free. Be aware that we will need 3-4 weeks to make them, and 2-4 weeks additionally for delivery.
- The cases when information about broken items is sent later then the same day as they were gotten will not be analyzed.
How long will it take to get my package?
All our products are made to order. Production time takes 4-8 weeks. As soon as we have dishes they are carefully packed and shipped. Before shipping we always share some photos of dishes, just to be sure you like them.
Parcels shipped via Lithuanian Post will arrive in 3-4 weeks while parcels shipped via courier will arrive in 2-6 days.
Please, be aware that the buyer is responsible for tracking the parcel, whether it has arrived at the destination or not. If you don't get the package within a month, please contact us to work out the issue. In case you don't wait and don't track the parcel / refuse or cannot pick it up from the Post office and it comes back to us, only the fee for the good, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded. A refund will be issued after goods are returned. If in this case you've purchased an item with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping cost will be calculated according to LTU National Post Office fees (+21% VAT if you are a resident of EU) for small items, while for sets according to DHL pricelist (21% VAT if you are a resident of EU).

Payment is made securely via PayPal. All prices are in United States Dollar (USD).
What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unhappy or find a fault with your product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and we can arrange for an exchange. Return/exchange of items will be accepted provided the item is unused and with all tags and packaging. Only the fee for the product, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded. Refund will be issued after products are returned. As you've purchased an item with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of purchase notifying us of your intention to return/exchange the item. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery. Return postage will be at the customers’ expense. No returns on sale/sample items.
