What shipping methods are available?

Domestic orders are sent via Lithuanian Post.

International orders up to 110 USD are sent via Lithuania Post, orders above 110 USD are sent via courier. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide (Incoterms DDU). Although buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Also Mr. Bowl Ceramics is not responsible for delays due to customs or Covid-19.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! 

What should I do if I found a broken item in the parcel?

• As soon as you get the parcel we kindly ask you (in post office or via courier) to inspect the package. If it is damaged, please take pictures of the packaging clearly showing any damage as well as the inner packaging.
• You have to contact us (hello@mrbowlceramics.com) the same day the shipment was received and send us pictures of packaging as well as pictures of broken items, if there were any. It is very important to preserve packaging for pending investigation, as couriers may require you to hand over this package to them.
• All broken items will be exchanged with the same ones for free. Be aware that we will need 3-4 weeks to make them, and 2-4 weeks additionally for delivery.
• The cases when information about broken items is sent later then the same day as they were gotten will not be analyzed. 

How long will it take to get my package?

All our products are made to order. Production time takes 4-8 weeks. As soon as we have dishes they are carefully packed and shipped. Before shipping we always share some photos of dishes, just to be sure you like them. 

Parcels shipped via Lithuanian Post will arrive in 3-4 weeks while parcels shipped via courier will arrive in 2-6 days. 

Please, be aware that the buyer is responsible for tracking the parcel, whether it has arrived at the destination or not. If you don't get the package within a month, please contact us to work out the issue. In case you don't wait and don't track the parcel / refuse or cannot pick it up from the Post office and it comes back to us, only the fee for the good, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded. A refund will be issued after goods are returned. If in this case you've purchased an item with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping cost will be calculated according to LTU National Post Office fees (+21% VAT if you are a resident of EU) for small items, while for sets according to DHL pricelist (21% VAT if you are a resident of EU).

What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?

If you are unhappy or find a fault with your product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and we can arrange for an exchange. Return/exchange of items will be accepted provided the item is unused and with all tags and packaging. Only the fee for the product, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded. Refund will be issued after products are returned. As you've purchased an item with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping cost will be calculated according to LTU National Post Office fees (+21% VAT if you are a resident of EU) for small items, while for sets according to DHL pricelist (21% VAT if you are a resident of EU).

Please contact hello@mrbowlceramics.com within 5 days of purchase notifying us of your intention to return/exchange the item. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery. Return postage will be at the customers’ expense. No returns on sale/sample items.

Are ceramics dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is the best way to fully ensure the longevity of your dinnerware’s beauty. But our dishes can be washed in the dishwasher as well. We use a dishwasher ourselves with all the dishes that we make! When washing in the dishwasher, use a mild, non-citrus liquid or powder detergent. Dishes are fired at really high temperatures so dishwashing does not harm them, and some micro glaze crackles may appear anyway despite hand washing or dishwashing. Of course, the dishes are still safe to use and this doesn’t have any effect on quality. But if you want to keep items looking like new for a longer time - we recommend hand washing.

When can I expect to get my order?  

Usually, it takes us 4-6 weeks to make our pottery and 1-4 weeks additionally to deliver.  In case you need dishes faster - do not hesitate to contact us. Sometimes it is possible to make it faster.

Sizing details

All pottery is handmade from start to finish, fired twice, glazed at our studio, lead-free. All our ceramics are built completely by hand from white or black clay. Each piece is unique and may have the imperfections which occur in non-commercial handmade work. All our items are one-of-a-kind, organic irregular top edge and stamped by the author on the bottom. The size may vary by about 1-2 cm.

Custom and personalized orders

We are always happy to make something only for you, so do not hesitate to contact us regarding custom orders. We will calculate price and time needed for production (it may take a bit longer than standard order).

Delivery

For smaller orders (up to 110 USD), we usually use standard shipping, which takes 3-4 weeks. Large orders are shipped via courier and it takes 2-6 days.
If you want to get dishes faster - do not hesitate to write to us and we will calculate an express shipping price. In this case, parcels will be delivered in 1-3 working days.

Storing

When storing plates, try not to roughly slide the surface of tableware - the front of one plate can be scratched by the back of another so care should be taken when stacking. We also recommend placing a paper napkin between each dish.   

Mix and match
Our dishes are mix & match. All the colors we use look great separately as well as mixed together. Therefore, if you want to refresh your set – you can always visit our shop and pick a different color than what you already have.

Usage

All pieces are safe for serving your favorite foods. However, they are not designed for preparing or storing food and should not be used in the oven, refrigerator or freezer.
Dishes should not be soaked for long periods.
Harsh, heavy-duty detergents, scouring powders, and steel wool pads are abrasive and should never be used on dinnerware. Clean with a soft cloth.
Plates should never be used in a broiler or indirect contact with any heating element, such as a burner. Sudden changes in temperature or contact with water or wet surfaces can cause a heated plate to break.
Pieces must not be dropped or struck against hard or sharp surfaces, or struck with hard or sharp objects.
